I'd never buy anything off of eBay for these tractors.
If you have not measured the lobes & flats, then you do not know if it's bad. And chances are it's not.
Same w/ the bushings. "Seemed ok" doesn't feed the bull dog.
Spec is .869 on the lobes & .789 on the flats.
I'd replace the plate (because you removed the eccentric) and the bushings. If you don't have a press, get a shop to do it & ream them to fit.
Never, ever buy parts off of eBay.
