Long storey....yes I did...but not on the bench...after dismantling the valve body half a dozen times I finally decided to install the lift cover on the tractor. Had my Hyd lines connected to the sump but not the pump. Applied compressed air to the pressure line and not a thing moved. Out of frustration I flicked the position control lever up and applied the air and the lift arms started lifting. I had, had thee lever in the wrong position all the time....really doubtful process giving us saltwater boys a farm tractor to play with. In any case hooked up the hydraulics and bled the pump and the control arms will lift to a height corresponding to where I have the quadrant control lever so that seems perfect. I have no way to check draft control or whatever it is called when you are plowing....the only plowing I have ever done is snow plowing. Is there any way to test the draft control to see if I have it adjusted and working correctly?
