A little simpler - buy the filister head screw and dot the head with a #5 countersink. Then use a #8 brass washer under the head. Here is my setup and the first screw. I'm still setup and have the remaining 99 screws left in the box. A buck-fifty and the cost of a stamp will get anybody that wants them a bag of 3 screws with washers.
