This post got me interested. I have a 19-61 loader that doesn't hold the bucket up and doesn't have any down pressure on it. The valve leaks bad too. The 2 lift cylinders are single acting and there are 2 double acting cylinders for the bucket. I found a company here in Rochester, NY that does repairs and sells parts. I have attached a link to thier website and the valve that may work.
