If you have oil pressure the pump is primed. You can idle all day at 10 PSI and do no harm. You didn't say what sort of oil pressure you usually get or what it was at higher RPM so it's hard to evaluate that number.

Let it get fully warmed up - oil and coolant at operational temperature - and see what you get. When asking for opinions provide numbers at idle and 1500 RPM both hot and cold. If by some chance you lose oil pressure while warming up then it's time to shut it down.
