Beginner Carb Adjustment

Hi, I finally got my 9n running again after a year long restoration. However she fires up runs putters and stalls. I'm not mechanic (this is a first time project) however I'm assuming this may have to do with the carb. What steps should I take to check and adjust the carb? Thanks guys!!
